The True Birdman

A dozen years ago, it was my Master that told me(referencing the journey of crossing life’s river and instead of just crossing the river in faith) “Mr. Marak, you have to pick up all of the rocks and inspect them.” I am floored by that statement, considering my current situation. In reflection and in honor of his teachings, this is how I would respond: It is the blessing of the Holy Spirit that keeps me in the ‘now’, with God, all else is attachment to the suffering and not of the Christ; that is to say,

…all else is attachment to the past and the future. Those things are of the mind and not of the way. -paul

If the past hurts so much, why hold on to it? For, it keeps one from ascending, like a bird.

birdman sketch is a rendition of another artist’ work, not sure where from.
